Can anyone help me with a billing issue. I have been questioned about billing a PICC line (36568) with 99469 or 99472. I need to confirm whether the CPT code is bundled and what the provider's documentation needs to include in order to bill separately.

The CPT 36568 can be billed with the NICU E&M codes, it's not paid for Mid-Level providers in hospital setting with Medicaid.
