Hello. I hope everyone is well and safe. My issue is about a physician assistant being paid for ordering an MRI but not the contrast. Our MAC Palmetto says the PA is not credentialed to order the A9585 contrast code and before I dispute that further, I want documentation supporting that denial but Palmetto has stated I need to contact CMS. Checking to see if anyone might already have this info handy before I go down that rabbit hole. Thanks!
