How do I get 2 physical therapy evaluations paid for the same DOS but 2 different body parts? the insurance carrier is BCBS
 
If it was a PT & an OT eval in the same day you could possibly bill 97001 & 97003, Otherwise its all covered under the single unit of 97001.
 
Have you checked the payer policy? I am guessing it is not allowed, therefore nothing you can do, all of it would be under one eval per day.
