We have a patient who is having physical therapy as well as wound dressing changes done every day by our physical therapist. I am not sure how to code this since they are not removing tissue or doing any debridement. . . just dressing change. The patient has a Unna Boot. Do I use the physical therapy ulisted code 97139?
