I am new to ENT coding. I need help finding a dx code for pharyngocutaneous fistula. The patient had a total laryngetctomy and developed this fistula on his neck to the right of his tracheostomy. I have searched and the only code I come up with is "J39.2-Other diseases of pharynx". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
