Can someone answer this: If a patient comes to the office for a pessary check I know we would bill that with an E/M visit. However, if the patient comes in wiho has a pessary and gets a replacement pessary (a new one) how would that be billed? Would it still be an E/M or could we bill for a pessary insertion and bill for the new pessary?

Thanks for any help I can get! :D
