Can someone please help with coding this: The peroneus brevis was found to be in 3 major portions consisting of 3 seperate slips, 2 of which were degenerated and patulous and one of which was healthy tendon tissue under tension. The 2 degenerated slips were debrided because a repair was not possible. Once a complete debridement of the degenerated tissue had been performed a peroneal retinaculum was repaired to a groove that had been made in the posterior aspect of the lateral malleolus with a rongeur. The repair was achieved with a super Revo anchor and imbrincation of the peroneal retinaculum. (All this done open procedure) Would this be 28208? Thanks!
