periprosthetic femur shaft fracture

I have a provider that did a revision on a hip due to a periprosthetic fx. He also used cerclage wire to fixate the periprosthetic femur shaft fx. Am I allowed to separately bill for these both? and if so can I use 27507 even though only the cable were used to fixate the fracture?
