Does anyone know if you can separately bill a pericardial resection and reconstruction when a pneumonectomy is done in the same setting and if so what is the CPT code?
 
I'm looking at either 33030 or 33031 for the resection. I didn't see any conflicting edits on billing these together. You should have a different dx code for each.
