Can someone please tell me how to bill with an icd-10 code when the pre-op diagnosis code was N85.6 and when the diagnostic hysteroscopy was done it showed a normal uterine cavity? thanks!
 
You would code the N85.6. The diagnostic hysteroscopy is a separate procedure. Just a FYI
