You will need to look into more specificity if possible, you can have a pelvic traumatic hematoma code and a pelvic nontraumatic hematoma.

traumatic hematoma - S30.0XXA
nontraumatic hematoma (female) - N94.89
nontraumatic hematoma (male) - N50.1
