I am wanting to make sure we are billing and coding correctly. We have our MA in our office do pelvic floor therapy under supervision of our physician.
On the 1st visit we bill 90901 and E0746 which insurance doesn't pay probe.
2nd and all other visits we bill commercial payers 51784, 97032.
2nd and all other visits to Medicare we bill 51784, G0283 (59). Medicare has stopped paying G0283 so I am just questioning if we are still billing correctly?
