Good morning I have a question plz..
Dr performed an explantation and reimplantation of cochlear device for which im using cpt 69930-50, however he wants to know if the explantation can also be billed. i believe this would be included. can someone advice plz or should i use cpt 69949 (unlisted) for it??

consider 69717 if BAH bone anchored. This code includes replacement (removal and new device insertion) and any revisions.
