If the provider is treating stones that are located in the kidney and the ureter (fragmenting basking etc through pcnl), can the 50080 (stone in the ureter is 2cm and multiple in the kidney,largest being 2cm), can we bill for the 50080 for both locations since technically it is a different site? Is the 50961 with a 52 an option since he did not go through an estb ureterostomy?
