Wiki Patella resurfacing with tibial liner revision-27486?

I have a case where my doc is replacing a tibial liner and did a patella resurfacing procedure with a patella button on a previously place TKA.
My provider thinks that this will be 27487. I am thinking this may be 27486 or 27438. I am leaning more towards 27486 only because he removed ad replaced the liner along with the patella resurfacing.
Anyone have any advice???

can you attach op note for clarification?
27438 would be if mentions hemi-arthroplasty and places a prosthesis (hemi-arthroplasty) on the back ide of the patella in this code
don't have my encoder up not sure if can bill together

I was also leaning towards the 27486 mainly because he did revise the liner along with the patella resurfacing and I was not sure if 27438 would capture everything that he did on this case. I will say that my coding system is showing these codes to be bundled.
