Please advice what is the best CPT to use for Paravertebral Nerve Block with out US

Paravertebral Nerve Block: after explaining procedure and signing of consent forms - under aseptic technique- a R C4/5 paravertebral nerve block injection was given with 0.5 cc of 1% lidocaine and 5 mg of Dexamethasone at the level. Procedure was well tolerated.

According to the instructions found in the 2015 CPT manual Imaging guidance and localization (fluoroscopy or CT) are required for the performance of paravertebral facet joint injections described by codes 64490-64495. If imaging is not used, report 20552-20553. If ultrasound guidance is used, report 0213T-0218T.

Doreen thank you for the entirety, it clear up things on my end for I have use 0213T - 0218T and 20552-20553 previously but was kinda uncertin if that was correct so with your detail I am spot on.
