My doctor performed a Paravertebral injection at the T10-T11, T11-T12, T12-L1. He wants to bill 64493, 64494, 64495. Since most of the injections were done in the Thoracic region, I believe we should be billing 64490, 64491, 64492. Or should I use 64490, 64491, 64493?

Any input would be great!!!!!
