My provider did a 43282 and I am wondering if the mesh included in this code is biologic or synthetic? I'm not seeing that there is a distinction made in the type of mesh so I wanted to see if anyone knew if there is. My provider is wanting to bill the 15777 in addition to the 43282 because he used biologic mesh but I am saying that any type of mesh is included. Thanks!
