Hi All,

How do you code an office visit for Pap Smear only? No problems or history of any abnormal pap. The GU system was examined and pap smear was performed.

Will this encounter be an office or preventative visit with mod 52 with dx Z01.419, Z12.4?

I use Q0091 with the Z12.4 diagnosis code when I have documentation like this.
