So, two providers are working together at the same time, if one does a pancreatic lithotripsy and the other surgeon then does an ERCP with CPT 43264, would the surgeon who only does the lithotripsy with a separately dictated note bill CPT 48999? Additionally, there is a CPT that includes both the ERCP w/lithotripsy 43265. Thank you!
