Need some help please. I am in need of guidance in our state of Illinois we used 659.93 for medical necessity for procedure 62319 labor epidural and there was no complications my codes were 659.93 & V27.0
now I am at a loss????????????????? any thoughts, I have now one else here that does anesthesia ready to throw in the towel!
