A patient his have a TFESI and a cyst aspiration, is the cyst aspiration separately billable. The 62268 is the code I have found for this. Thanks for any help!:D
 
62268 is for a spinal cord cyst. If it is a facet joint cyst it would be unlisted and we have been paid using the unlisted for a facet joint cyst. I can't say that we have ever billed a spinal cord cyst.
