How would you code 3rd degree electrical burn, deep tissue, flank, caused by a pacemaker shock while not grounded.

I'm thinking maybe
942.43, 3rd degree burn, trunk, deep, w/o loss of body part
948.00, less than 10% body surface
996.01, pacemaker malfunction
E925.8, other electric shock.

really don't like the E code, but I couldn't find a better one.
