Wiki Osteoarthritis ICD10 diagnosis coding

What would be the most appropriate code for the diagnosis below? I was thinking M15.0 or M15.9 but I am not 100% sure. Any help would appreciated. Thank you :)

In the alphabetic index, DJD directs you to osteoarthritis, which is coded M19.90 if there is no specific site or type documented, as is the case here. I would not assume that the disease is 'generalized' just based on documentation that it involves multiple joints. If there is no additional information in the record and you need a more specific code, I would query the provider for the specific joints that are affected (which most likely includes the left knee here, given the x-ray order, and would classify to M17.12).
