What CPT code is everyone using for ORIF rib ?

ORIF rib fracture

Lately, there have been instances of our physician's performing ORIF to rib fractures following trauma. The only CPT code found for open treatment of rib fracture is without fixation. Is there a better way to report the ORIF than using an unlisted CPT? Thanks!
