I am very confused abot cpt code 25607, 25608,25609 .
What if you have an exta-articular fracture with two fragments , How would you code that ?
 
The main division here is "Extra' articular vs "Intra" articular. Since you have an extra-articular fracture code 25607. If you have an intra-articular fracture, you would chose either 25608 or 25609 depending on the number of fragments.
