Surgeon performed orchiopexy for undescended testicle on 7YO male at ASC; coded 54640 w/ dx 752.51; rejected for valid dx code; codecheck shows 752.51 as appropriate 2ndary code only. I'm lost.

i am at a loss as well. 752.51 is a valid dx code for first listed placement. you might need to make sure the procedure is a valid ASC procedure for the patient insurance.
