So now that providers are performing the superior capsule reconstruction arthroscopically, mine did two not arthroscopically but open. The RTC tendons were beyond repair and retracted. A graft was anchored down at the glenoid and humerus. I'm considering 23466. Anyone know if I am on the right track or off base?
