Help with a CPT code please. Patient is status post shoulder arthroplasty, ultrasound suggested a subscapularis failure. Open procedure -Doctor debrides scar tissue in subacromial bursa, the subscapularis was not repairable, shoulder was irrigated and debrided.
Any help is appreciated
