Open Removal of Groin Introducer

Hi all - I need some assistance coding an open removal of a left groin introducer. Our patient was taken to the CATH lab for peripheral intervention which was unsuccessful due to occlusion in the SFA. THe patient was then transferred to the OR for open removal of the introducer. I cannot find a code for this.
