I am thinking 27630, however, this is for the lower leg and not the knee. Any ideas?

An open incision was made over the inferior pole of the patella and proximal aspect of the patellar tendon. The patellar tendon was split. Tendinosis was noted. This was excised with a 15 blade scalpel. Copious irrigation was carried out. The inferior pole of the patella was then drilled with a 2.0 drill bit. The tendon was then closed using 0 Vicryl.

Thanks!
