Would greatly appreciate any input for the following. Patient has a mycotic abdominal aneurysm. The operative procedure is resection of mycotic AAA with cryopreserved aorta reconstruction. This entailed resecting the aneurysm and then placing the cryo aorta by anastomosing both proximally and distally. Would this still fall under the 35081 code?

If it is truly an abominal aortic aneurysm, not repaired by endovascular technique, then yes I would agree.
