So I have a report that is titled as an xray ap+erect+chest 1 view, but it's referencing contrast, so I'm not sure how to proceed.

Here's the entire thing:

FINDINGS: Scattered small bowel and colon gas. There is an air-fluid level in the stomach. No dilated bowel. No intraperitoneal free air.

There is some excreted contrast from the urinary bladder. Faint contrast material seen in the renal calyces. There is slight blunting of the right costophrenic angle laterally.

IMPRESSION: No evidence bowel obstruction or perforation.

I'm confused as to why they are referencing contrast, but no admin of contrast or anything. No other procedures done same day.

I'm sure someone else has more expertise here and has an easy answer. Thanks!
