I am billing/coding for an ASC, can anyone till me if I can bill 65105 with a HCPCS code for the implant? Would the code be V2623? Any help would be much appreciated. I have searched on several sites and cannot find a confirmation or denial if it can be billed or not. Thank you in advance!!
