If I have a patient that was seen 6x with our practice & now is transfering her care to another office, how do I bill that out? 59425: Antepartum care only; 4-6 visits??? What if they were only seen 1x?
 
Use 59425 for 4-6 visits. If they only come for one visit you would have to review the visit and code it out as to what level of visit it meets.
