Need other opinions for CPT for nursemaid's manuever for a sprained arm injury. Patient was placed in a sling.

Thanks for any help.
 
Was a nursemaid's elbow (subluxated - partial dislocation of the radial head) a differential diagnosis that was ruled out after the maneuver and was then definitively diagnosed as a sprain? I've never seen a 24640 used for the treatment of a sprain, just RICE.
