E0766 and A4555 are the codes established for 2014 to describe treatment with this system. However, we are not sure which CPT the physician should use to bill for his portion; we were given a few "suggested" CPT codes
(64999, 77299, 95999, 99199 and 99499). Anyone have any experience with this?
