What would be the proper cot code(s) for a Repair of Non union of Femur with an Intermedullary Nail AND Bone Graft. I was thinking that as an 'inset' code the 27472 would cover both but Supercoder description does not sound like that is correct. An alternative would be a 27470 and a 20902? Any Help would be very much appreciated.
