I was hoping someone might be able to tell me how you would code a 14 hr ambulatory pump filled with Desferal.

Would it be 96521????

This is a subQ infusion. Refer to procedure codes 96369-96371. Code selection based on time and whether initial pump set up or additional pump set up woth establishment of new subQ infusion site(s).
