If a baby was born 5/6/21 @3:12am and discharged 5/7/21 @ 9:00 am can you bill both the initial visit and discharge. I thought going past midnight incurred another day? Denial from a HMO saying can't bill both. Also two separate providers one for the initial and one for the discharge same practice.
