I am not sure if I should include the resuscitation diagnosis and if I have the appropriate diagnosis.

I am billing a 99460 for the initial visit, along with the diagnosis Z00.110 and Z30.01, except doctor did provide the newborn with resuscitation on this initial visit. Other than the resuscitation baby is fine, so I am not sure if I should include the resuscitation diagnosis within the initial visit.

I am also looking at the resuscitation diagnosis being P28.5, would that be correct?
