have to code a reduction of parastomal hernia, repair of parastomal hernia with gore dual-mesh via laparotomy.
I have found 44346, I don't think this is the appropriate code for laparotomy. Am I over-reading this?

44346

44346 is an open procedure not laparoscopic. If your procedure was done laparoscopically, you can't report it as open. Lap hernia repairs are under 49654-49657. Maybe you can find what you are looking for there. Sorry, I have nothing more definitive.
