Wiki New Coder CPC-A need help please for admin codes

I am a new coder CPC-A to family practice and have a question on how I should bill this as I am uncertain and need guidance. Since there are several injections and they are given in opposite sites (both hips and arm) would I bill for admin code x3 and do I use a modifier on the additional admin. codes? Please any and all help would be appreciated.

We see this all day long with our providers performing multiple injections on the same day with the same admin codes. When we bill to insurances it has been in our favor to bill with the 59 or XS modifier for the administrations on each line. When we bill all on 1 line with quantity of how many administered sometimes some pay and others do not with the quantity billing. Hope this helps.
