We are trying to get our neuropsych tests paid. We have tried billing with a 25 on the e/m, a 25 on e/m with a mod 59 on code 96118 sometimes the psych test gets paid and sometimes it don't. Does anyone have any insite or battling the same issue? 96118 is our psych test.
