Could anyone help me with locating the neuroborelliosis ICD-9 code? Is there a specific code or do I just use the Lyme's disease code? Thanks!

I believe that you could just use the Lyme code 088.81, or an alternate may be 349.89. If you look at the 088.81 in volume 1, the blue notes do state that it is caused by "borrelia".
