The new genitourinary codes were created to make coding easier instead its just the opposite for me. This is a simple question and I hope someone does respond. I've made the report shorter and straight to the point.

A right nephrostogram is done via existing access. Our radiologist dilated the nephrostomy tract for subsequent nephrolithotomy by the urologist. Once the urologist was done with his procedure the radiologist placed a 6-French 24 cm double-J ureteral stent and a 12-french externally draining nephrostomy tube

Placement of new nephrostomy tube is 50432 if it is an exchange it is 50435
Ureteral Stent placement without cysto is 50688
