Correct units to bill for 99070.
Patient only seen by our physicians as face to face visit on 3-5-19, and 3-19-19. After 3-19-19 patient transferred to a different Dialysis to continue treatment. So do we bill this as 2 units or do we bill this as 15 units? Do we include admit and discharge dates, or just a to and from date of service.
Need clarification please as to correct billing on the claim form. Thank You
