Physician is performing Biopsy of subcutaneous nodule on the abdominal wall and thigh.
He uses the spring loaded BARD device and ultrasound guidance. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I came up with CPT 11100 and +11101 Path Report states: Maligant melanoma involving fibroadipose tissue.
