Which modifier would you apply to CPT code 36620 for placement of a femoral arterial line and CPT code 36556 for Central line Placement. Patient is status post Right Upper Lobectomy(32663) but had CP arrest several days after procedure. Patient was transferred to the ICU and CV surgeon placed the above lines.
