DX- lipoma of right upper quardent
Procedure- Excision of 8x 7 cm LIPOMA RIGHT UPPER QUASRANT
Patient was bought to operating room placed on operative table . Local anesthetic is infliltrated. A transverse incision is made and dissection is carried down to the large lipoma mass . This is removed from abdominal wall overlying the fascia . Hemostasis is obtained with elctrocautery. Multiple layer closure follows irrigation with antibiotic solution. Interrupted 3-0 Vicryl sutures are followed by application of Dermond and a pressure dressing .
